The Runaway Pumpkin Half Marathon!

On October 19th (yes, Jonathan's birthday), I ran my first half marathon!  My running partner and I started a training plan in June and it paid off!  We ran the entire 13 miles of the race!  It was a great experience and definitely won't be my last.

Here we are feeling pretty good (I think we were on mile 2).

I believe we were at mile 6 here....still feeling pretty good.

At around mile 9 or 10 (and as we were jogging through another town), a marching band (and my family) were there to cheer us on!

Two of our local missionaries also ran in the race.

I don't know - I guess this is what happens when daddy watches the kids.

Yay!!!!!! Uhhh, my legs don't feel right.....
