We have been busy...

Well, life with four kids has proven to be busy....which explains why I haven't taken the time to post an update for our blog in months....which is why you will now receive an onslaught of photos.  I fully understand that no one looks forward to viewing our blog like my mom and mother-in-law, and I know they certainly won't mind seeing 49 pictures of Lincoln.
As a quick update, Jonathan will officially be a doctor in just one more year!  Though he doesn't exactly know what he wants to do, we do know that he plans on doing a med-peds residency (it is training in both internal medicine and pediatrics).  Most likely on the East Coast (anywhere from Maine to South Carolina).  The residency is 4 years.  We leave in one year.
I am running again.  I ran the Pear Blossom 10 mile race this year and loved it.  Yes, I love running 10 miles.  Jonathan and I still serve in the Spanish Branch as the Branch Mission Leader and Relief Society Secretary, respectively (sí, mis compañeras de mi mision, yo hablo español, ok, just a little bit of español).  Our kids attend church completely in English, since it is the same time as the Jacksonville ward.
Jacob is growing up fast.  He will be turning 8 next month and will be getting baptized!  Claire is 5 now and her reading fluency is remarkable.  No surprise since she has always been a bit of a bookworm.  She also writes pretty well.  Olivia is POTTY TRAINED!!!  Even at night.  My life just got easier.  Lincoln is rolling and scooting all over the place.  My life just got harder.  He also likes to bite me a little too much.  I got out the nursing pump today.

Life is good!!!!!  Four kids keep me busy, but everyday is entertaining.  Here are some pictures from the last few months...there are a lot....

Jacob played in his first season of basketball.
Caleb (who currently lives in the house with us) got a Great Dane.  Jamal and Xyrus are great buddies.

Sometimes, Great Danes get their collar stuck in their mouth.

Jonathan and Caleb have matching toenails...don't worry, pictures of Lincoln are to come.

Jacob made a battery with lemons for the science fair.

It actually worked!

Painting the poster for the science fair was pretty fun.  Don't worry Cynthia - we only use washable paint.

Claire had a small party for her 5th birthday and we painted treasure boxes (again - washable paint).

Here is Lincoln!!!!

Every. Baby.

Look at this picture David and Cynthia!

David and Cynthia have had some remodel done at their house.  We had to lose a tree.

The kids spend time on the trampoline nearly every day.
Olivia takes off her pants nearly every day.

Jonathan and I hiked up to Pilot Rock for Valentine's day.

I was feeling a little unstable near the top and ended up hugging the rock like so.

Jonathan cooked us a romantic meal of Mountain House.

Olivia loves her applesauce.

She also loves Mommy's makeup.

And swings.  And my Aunt Sue.

My ADORABLE nephew, Hunter, celebrated his first birthday in style.

That's right.  He's adorable.

How did we end up with 4 kids?!  Please don't answer that - we both have degrees in biology :)

Must. eat. everything.

Boxes are valuable toys in our home.

This little guy can feed himself now!!

This last winter was a record season for disease in the Wright home.  One time, when Lincoln was sick, he was so tired that he fell asleep while playing...

Even with all of this action...

Jacob got a volcano-making kit for Christmas that we put to use.

One day a bird got stuck in the fireplace.  Caleb freed it.  It flew for a bit around the house and flew out the door.  This was the day after Jamal came running into the house with a squirrel in his mouth.

Happy Birthday Caleb!

A little indoor soccer with the birthday boy.

We went to California for spring break and spent a little time with Great Grandma.

Jacob and Claire took some pictures during the visit.

This blanket has been around longer than me.  Glad Jacob got a picture.

Earl.

The candy jar at Great Grandma's.

Lincoln is rolling and scooting all over the place...and found a blue crayon.  Again, washable.

And non-toxic.

Happy Easter!!!!

Xyrus found a couple of the hard-boiled eggs.  Jamal is jealous.

The loot.

An "after shot" of a volcano.

Lincoln enjoyed the volcano show.

An afternoon at the park.

I think that is enough pictures for now :) .
