Jonathan finally finished his first year!!!!!...and we actually survived! So, the first line of business was to go on a hike to the nearby McDowell Creek Falls. Jonathan packed a full backpack (in preparation for our upcoming backpacking trip...that ended up being quite an adventure...more on that later...). I packed Olivia.
We loved our little hike. The hike was beautiful and the kids had a blast. At one point, Jacob said, "THIS IS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!" It was a good day.
